When I first became a curriculum leader I was overwhelmed and had no one to turn to. Attending these monthly meetings allowed me to network with a group of colleagues who could share their experiences and knowledge in order to bring this information back to my district. So many leaders have expressed over the years that they could not have done this job without the support of our group. Each district is doing some things so well and also some things that need improvement. Our network allows us to share best practices so that all students receive the benefit of our combined expertise.
